I’ve seen everyone who was on the white carpet for the Met Gala this year.
The theme: “Heavenly Bodies: Fashion and the Catholic Imagination.”
The slayage was intense and very much accomplished by many. However, there are two that I just can’t get my mind off of. One from the women’s category and one from the men’s, I’ve been waking up thinking about these two looks and the runner-ups!
#1 for the Women’s Category:
I’m so in love! I can’t get over this modern-day French heroine Joan of Arc look in custom Versace. Who knew that armor could look so chic?! This look says, “I’m strong, I’m beautiful, and I’ll slit you from navel to nose!”
Well done, Zendaya! Well done!
#1 for the Men’s Category:
Sir! Excuse me, Sir!… Heeeey!
I mean, forgive me father, for I want to sin! It’s extra and I love it! Even down to the gold Christian Louboutin shoes. He’s one of the few men who went along with the theme and looked good doing it. He was the only man who looked the best!
Please let know which were your favorite from the women and men’s categories.
I’d love to read your comments.
Talk to you later!
